Cancellation Policy
Our Cancellation Policy
Alderley Chiropractic provides allocated appointment times to ensure the provision of essential and high quality care at all times.
If you need to reschedule an appointment, you must provide us with at least 12 hours’ notice to avoid a fee of 50% of the booked appointment.
If you miss an appointment without notice, the full fee will apply.
Please be considerate of other people who may be requiring an appointment and could be seen in your time slot.
We do take extenuating circumstances into consideration and understand that life gets in the way of scheduled appointments!
